Responsibilities

Our program is simple and effective:

  1. Prospective dealers will be asked to sign a simple dealer agreement outlining the responsibilities of both dealer and manufacturer.
  2. Each dealer is expected to build and operate at least one demonstrator aircraft. This airplane is purchased at a 5% discount below regular retail price from the manufacturer.
  3. Each dealer is expected to maintain a permanent business establishment, preferably based at a local airport, capable of housing his operations. Those operations may include, at the dealer's discretion, builders' assistance, maintenance, customer support, sales & marketing, etc.
  4. Each dealer will be expected to maintain an advertising presence in his local market, and to display his airplane(s) in at least 3 aviation shows or fly-ins annually, within 250 miles of his base of operations.

Dealer Discounts

  1. Airplane #1
    The dealer's first airplane is purchased at a 5% discount below regular retail price from the manufacturer.
  2. Discount does not apply to engine package
  3. Airplanes #2 - 5
    The second, third, fourth, and fifth airplanes are available from the manufacturer at a 10% discount below regular retail price.
  4. Discount does not apply to engine package
  5. Airplanes #6
    The sixth, and all subsequent airplanes, are available from the manufacturer at a 15% discount below regular retail price. Discount does not apply to engine package
